What is Rotational molding
Rotational Molding, also called rotomolding or rotocast, is a toy technique, the material made by this method is a bit soft, very flexible, generally used for doll, generally hollow, but also solid, the cost will be high.
Steps in manufacturing a rotational molded part
1. Fill the mold with a polymer material
2. Heat tool in oven to melt material
3. Cool tool to solidifies the part
4. Remove part from the tools
