From the beginning of manufacturing mold、 trial order must have a standardized process, each process requires operation instructions: produce samples need and mass production are also require operation instructions.
1. Metal casting supplier must be relize that die-casting is the source of production,First die casting part Inspection(FAI),InPut Process Quality Control(IPQC),Final Quality Control Inspection(FQC) ,we can not modified the inspection standard .any chages need to submit application for change,since any change process will not only related the cost, it is also possible to cover up the real problems , so if you really need to modify the die-casting process, you must find the real problem,and can only modify after get buyer's agreement.
2, There is no shortcut in the production process, the production line must strickly proceed with the drawings, the size,and output a detailed record.
3. When the aluminum die-casting parts are produced, the technician and operator must have ability to find the problem. This is closely related to the quality control. If there is any problem, we must raise it in time. We follow up a quality principle:“Do not manufacture defective products, Do not let defective products pass to next process, reject defective products."
4.
