How should we do when we ship the goods to customer?

Yestaday, Dragon and I went to our factory to ship the good to customer.How should we do when we ship the goods？
1.preparing thecustomer request documents,invoice, packing list and so on.
2.Check the goods if it's ok.And before the shipment, we will check the quantity, quality,label infoemation and send the inspection report to our customer.
3.Ensure the packaging is enough strong to protect the good.
4.After ship the goods, we will track transport of goods and let the customer know the latest information.
5.Once the customer find the quality, we will check it and find solution.
