I have been working in XY-GLOBAL for about 5 years, and I have been work in sales department for about 3years. John who come from USA, is my first one customer. I am very deep impressive in this customer. John placed the order from our company from 2012. Though the quantity was small at the beginning, but we stick to very attentively to serve the customer. No matter on the price or the quality, the customer is very satified with our company. From last year, The customer purchase quantity is increase slowly, and we got more and more projects from him.

Very grateful for the support and trust from the customer all the ways. It is our biggest return with the customer's regular orders. In fact, as long as we treat every customer with our heart, no matter big customer or small one, we believe that we will be rewarded sooner or later.

Indeed, in order to improve ourselves, we should keep studing. Especially for our main products, including die-casting parts, cnc machining parts, stamping parts, and all kinds of metal parts.
