Yesterday, there's an urgent issue,the product is aluminum CNC milling plate applied to electronics. We promised delivery date should be Aug.11th to our customer, but something bad happened that we did not expect. I have to leave office to go to the workshop in our factory, to discuss with our engineer and production line meanwhile keeping the communication with our customer via mobile skype. I need to show pictures of actual situation to him and let him understand it, then work together to figure out the solution and complete the remaining jobs soon. Finally, everything is under our control and going smoothly.
