Inorder to make the uniformity of temperature in the furnace enough to meet the quenching process requirements of aluminum alloy die castings, a powerful centrifugal fan is also set on the top of the furnace body. The centrifugal fan can effectively circulate hot air under the action of the diversion system in the furnace, which is made of high quality heat-resistant stainless steel plate. In order to prevent its deformation in the furnace, the guide plate adopts the hanging installation mode, its structure performance is stable, reliable, equipment long-term work without maintenance.
The lifting and lifting of the material rack are completed by the hoist set outside the furnace. The hoist system is equipped with double speed drive loading. When the furnace door is opened, the hoist automatically drops quickly, and the material rack full of die castings is quickly quenched into the water. When the material rack is ready to enter the furnace again, the hoist lifts the material rack at a slow speed to effectively prevent the inertia of the motion of the die castings, ensure the smooth operation, and will not damage the sealing device of the furnace mouth and heat preservation materials
