Zinc alloy die casting is a kind of precision casting method which makes use of high pressure to force metal to melt into a complex metal mold by hydraulic pressure. Zinc alloy die casting industry in China is mainly concentrated in the Pearl River Delta, Zhejiang Wenzhou area.

4. When melting and die casting, no iron absorption, no corrosion, no sticking mold.
5. Good mechanical properties and wear resistance at room temperature.
6. Low melting point, melting at 385℃, easier to form than aluminum alloy die casting
