The reports from Peking University and TsinghuaUniversity show that in 2015, 30% of their graduateschose flexible employment.
Chen Yongli, director of the Career Service Center of Peking University says the school hasintroduced various programs to encourage entrepreneurship. "Peking university has putforward a development plan to help students start their own businesses. We have built acomplete growth system covering the whole process from the selection of teams and businesstraining to the incubation of the business. Currently, among the undergraduates, there aremore than 100 teams receiving our guidance."
Industries involved with new media, internet, and culture creativity attract most entrepreneurs.
The reports also state that companies in the field of manufacturing, finance, and informationtechnology have become the most popular employers. According to the report by ZhejiangUniversity, nearly 60% of its graduates with a master's degree entered information technologyand Internet companies.
