Aluminum is the most abundant metal element in the earth's crust, and its content ranks second among metals, so aluminum is commonly used in production and life. So what are the reasons for the blackening of die-casting aluminum?
1. The process design is unreasonable, and the die-casting aluminum is improperly handled after washing or pressure inspection, which accelerates the generation of mildew;
2. The storage processing is not in place, and the die-cast aluminum is stored at a different height in the warehouse, and its moldy situation is also different;
3. Internal factors: Many die-casting aluminum manufacturers do not do any cleaning treatment after the die-casting process, or simply rinse with water, which cannot be completely cleaned. The surface of die-casting aluminum remains eroded by mold release agents, detergents, saponification liquids, etc. Sexual substances and other stains that accelerate the rate at which mold spots turn black on die-cast aluminum.
4. External factors: aluminum is an active metal, which is easily oxidized and blackened or moldy under certain temperature and humidity conditions;
5. The selection of cleaning agent is not appropriate. The selected cleaning agent has strong erosiveness, resulting in erosion and oxidation of die-casting aluminum.
