Firstly I have 3 month internship here. But the first three month is a big challenge for me. Because I haven't the relative experience.After the training, I got into to know what to do and learn how to do.After 3 month,I became a formal staff here. And have more projects and customers. Still busy every day. Amd I learn a lot from running projects. I learnt how to express myself more efficiently. And the importance of team work.
So much to learn, so far nee to run.But I have faithful for myself.
