IF THERE ARE ANY HEAVENS 
If there are any heavens my mother will(all by herself)have
One. It will not be a pansy heaven nor
a fragile heaven of lilies-of-the-valley but
It will be a heaven of blackred roses

My father will be(deep like a rose
Tall like a rose)

Standing near my

Swaying over her
(silent)
With eyes which are really petals and see

Nothing with the face of a poet really which
Is a flower and not a face with

The title and first line follow from the other, saying that not only does his mother have a heavenly quality, but that if there is any heaven--it is only within The metaphor of heaven evokes peace, tranquility, happiness, contentment, and love. Meaning that his mother embodies these qualities, and he goes one step further by suggesting that these feelings can only be known through his mother.
In the culture of most countries even the feudal and patriachal society , mother is heaven , mother is goddess , the love of mother is selfishless.
In nowady ,many Chinese mother have to resign and quit their jobs because of their babies .XY global company has many female workers . Our company cherish every great mother workers ,we have a room for the female workers to bring and take care their workers while They are at work
I think all the companies have the responsibility make sure their female staff to have enough time to accompany their kids.
