There are many factors that affect the mold structure and the individual system of the die. It is very complicated:
1. cavity arrangement. According to the geometric structure features, size accuracy requirements, batch size, die manufacturing difficulty and mold cost, the number of cavities and their arrangement are determined.
2. determine the parting surface. The location of parting surface is beneficial to die processing, exhaust, demoulding and forming operations, surface quality of plastic parts, etc..
