Brass Die Casting
Brass die-casting is brass pressure casting, a kind of brass casting method in which molten brass alloy liquid is poured into the press chamber to fill the cavity of the steel mold at high speed and make the brass alloy liquid solidify under pressure to form brass castings.
Brass die-casting is a method of casting liquid die-forging. Brass die-casting die-forging process is a process done on a special brass die-casting die-forging machine.
The basic process of brass die-casting is: brass liquid first low speed or high speed casting filling into the cavity of the mold, the mold has an active cavity surface, it is forged with the cooling process of brass liquid under pressure, not only to eliminate the shrinkage of the blank shrinkage defects, but also to make the internal organization of the blank to reach the forging state of broken grains. The comprehensive mechanical properties of the blank are significantly improved.
