IPQC employees Responsibilities
1, according to daily production , in strict accordance with the standard test to check the first piece of
production , inspection products ;
2, the first pieces of product inspection after the passing of the seal cover and placed in the appropriate
location ;
3 , when the failure occurs, shall immediately notify the relevant personnel to improve , to avoid the bulk of
the defective products ;
4, unstable quality products to be tracked , the problem should be promptly reported superior or related
personnel , and find solutions to solve the problem ;
5. Assist in charge of customer feedback , complaints handling , and to ensure that the warehouse inventory of
defective products and the yield to be effectively addressed ;
6 , is responsible for the first piece of the sign board to confirm and ensure that no model does not produce ,
failure is not shipped ;
7 , overall plant quality management.
