On Wednesday our US customers Ernest and Chris visit our office , customers in order to successfully carry out this project , from Seattle to fly over, going to spend a month in China . Customer day took their samples - aluminum case , this product is used in the gaming device . During the meeting, the customer gave me a detailed description of the process and product requirements . This product is made of aluminum 6061 material production, the product of the process include CNC, laser cutting, laser engraving.
Surface treatment is sandblasting and anodizing . As this product is the housing member , the surface treatment requirements are very high . There can be no surface marks and scratches. Our engineers give customers good advice to avoid these problems, our customers are very satisfied with a good plan and adopted. Then as soon as we help customers proofing revalidation.
