( A ) casting process Casting process to produce the ultimate goal is to meet the requirements of the rod, and to produce these rod, go through the process:Smelting → ??Foundry → Saw stick → rod homogenization → cooling → rod Jincang wash stick .

Smelting Process:Melting furnace installed → → → stir completely melted join scrap melting → ??→ → completely melted join scrap → sprinkle cover agent and playing Java agent stir → → → slag samples , blast furnace analysis→ Al-Si (Sl-Cu, Cr additives ), Mg ingot → stirring → sampling, adjust oven component analysis → → → slag refining coverage → standing.

6061-T6 state : After solution heat treatment is cooled in order to achieve high strength no longer cold .
6061-T6511 Status: After cooling the solution heat treatment to achieve high strength , then straightening

6061-T651 Status : After solution heat treatment and then cooling in order to achieve a high strength cold- stretched by a stretching machine , to remove residual stress after heat treatment .
After reaching deep processing after deformation to ensure precision machined products .
