Anodic electrophoretic characteristics are: cheap raw material
(typically 50% cheaper than the cathodic electrodeposition ) ; equipment is
relatively simple, low investment (typically 30% cheaper than the cathode
electrophoresis) ; low technical requirements; cathodic electrodeposition
coating corrosion performance than the difference ( about the life of cathodic
electrophoretic 1/4) .
The reason cathodic electrodeposition coating with high corrosion
resistance are: the workpiece is the cathode , anode dissolution does not occur,
the surface and the phosphate coating is not destroyed; electrophoretic coating
(usually nitrogen-containing resin) has a protective effect on the metal and the
paint prices high quality . Anodic electrophoretic process in general process:
the workpiece before treatment ( degreasing rust → → → hot water cold water hot
water phosphate → → passivation ) → after anodic electrophoretic → workpiece
processing ( water wash → drying ) .
1 , degreasing . Hot alkaline chemical solution is usually in
addition to oil , the temperature is 60 ℃ ( steam heating) , time is about
20min.
2 , hot water . Temperature 60 ℃ ( steam heating ) , the time 2min.
3 , rust . With H2SO4 or HCl, for example rust solution with hydrochloric acid , HCl total acidity ≥43 points; free acidity > 41 points; plus detergent 1.5% ; wash at room temperature for 10 ~ 20min.
4 , cold water . Cold water flow in 1min.
5 , phosphate . Phosphide with temperature (60 ℃ when phosphate 10min), phosphate solution commercially available products.
The above process can also be used instead of blasting → washing .
6 , passivated. (Provided by the sale of phosphate solution manufacturers) , at room temperature 1 ~ 2min phosphate solution can be used with matching drugs.

temperature : 15 ~ 35 ℃; paint liquid PH: 8-8.5 . Note artifacts out of the
groove to be de-energized. During electrophoresis current will gradually
decrease with the film thickening.
8 , water wash. Flowing cold water wash.
9 , drying. In an oven at (165 ± 5) baking at a temperature of 40 ~ 60min to ℃ .
