What is HPDC
高压压铸(HPDC)(High pressure die cast)通过高压压力将合金熔体射入金属模具而制造金属铸件,是一种快速而经济的合金铸造技术。
HPDC can be used for aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, zinc alloy casting, widely used in automobile, electrical appliances, electronic parts and household products molding. In the process of high pressure die casting, unreasonable melt filling can lead to the formation of porosity and shrinkage defects (ESCs) in the casting, which greatly reduces the mechanical properties of the casting.
HPDC可用于铝合金、镁合金、锌合金的铸造,广泛应用于汽车、电器、电子零件及家用产品的成型。在高压压铸过程中,不合理的熔体充型可导致铸件中气孔和收缩等缺陷(ESCs)的形成,从而大大降低铸件的机械性能。
Using conventional die casting process to prepare castings, the solidification structure of the alloy is more uniform, and the remarkable degassing effect is formed. At the same time, this may lead to the introduction of new inclusions and encoils, which result in low elongation of the cast sample. Therefore, strict control of injection and mold filling process plays a decisive role in the quality of HPDC castings
采用常规压铸工艺制备铸件,在使合金凝固组织更加均匀,并形成显著的除气效果。同时,这也可能导致引入新的夹杂物和卷气这些都导致了铸造样品具有较低的延展率。因此,严格控制射料与充模工艺对HPDC铸件的质量起着决定性作用。
